1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to customers in Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Russia.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. All shipping is done Monday through Friday.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $150 USD. For orders under $150 USD, a flat rate of $10 USD applies.
4. When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed by 4:00 PM (EST) on business days will be processed the same or next business day. Orders placed after that will be processed the following business day.
5. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition.
6. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns—within 30 days and for items in new condition.
7. Is there a fee for returns or restocking?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees, and a free return label is included with your original shipment.
8. How do I return a product?
Simply use the prepaid return label included in your package, pack the item securely, and drop it off with the designated mail carrier.
9. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
