Order confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment.

After placing your order, you will receive updates on order status and shipping information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace number by email.

Postage costs

Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over $150 USD!

For orders under $150 USD:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $20 USD to the United States and Canada

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $25 USD for all other international destinations

Order Acceptance & Pricing

Please note that sometimes orders cannot be processed for various reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including:

  • Incomplete or incorrect information
  • Suspicions of fraud
  • Payment verification issues

We may request additional verification, such as a phone number, address confirmation, proof of identity, or banking details before accepting your order.

Price accuracy:
We strive to provide accurate pricing information, but errors can occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we may contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of this error. We reserve the right to cancel orders listed for incorrect pricing even if they have already been confirmed and paid for.

Processing Times & Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping time: 5–8 business days for the United States and Canada and 10–15 business days for other international destinations (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping Carrier: USPS, FedEx
  • Daily cut-off time: 04:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Toronto)

Orders placed before 04pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 04pm will be processed the next business day.

After Placing Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your order number
  • Your proof of payment

Please also check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not see a confirmation in your inbox.
Still haven’t received anything? Please send an email to info@funfictionapparels.com with the subject: “Order Confirmation Not  Received” and our team will help you further.

Please note: For custom products, we will contact you separately to confirm the desired specifications before the order is processed and shipped.

Track Order

You can track your order with the track & trace number that you receive via the shipping confirmation.

The tracking number provided may not work in the first few days until it gets processed by the shipping carrier. Orders usually arrive within 2-3 weeks. Please visit track your order or contact us via support@blindboxmall.com if you would like an update on the status of your package.

Please notify us at support@blindboxmall.com if you would like us to change/cancel your order. If your order has already been processed by our warehouse, changes to your order are no longer possible. However, you can always return your product to us after your receive it.

Why didn’t I receive the coupon code email?2024-03-02T19:35:47-05:00

Sometimes our system does not send out the automatic coupon code email due to high traffic. Please email us at support@blindboxmall.com and we will send you the coupon code. If you have already placed an order but would like to apply the discount, we will refund you the discount percentage.
